The biodynamic Podere Casaccia - Sine Felle estate is situated on the hills of Scandicci in Tuscany, covering approximately 12 hectares of woodland, olive groves, and vineyards. The origins of the property date back to 1999 when Roberto Moretti acquired the small farm. It is managed by Roberto Moretti and Lucia Mori, who emphasize manual labor and avoid chemical treatments. The vineyards feature vines up to 60 years old alongside new plantings cultivated exclusively with traditional Tuscan grape varieties. Production takes place entirely on-site, utilizing hand-harvesting and spontaneous fermentations.
