About the estate

The Payr estate is managed in the fifth generation by Robert Payr and is located in Höflein in the Carnuntum wine-growing region. The family-run business has evolved into an organic winery and operates organically and sustainably without chemical aids in harmony with nature. During winemaking, the entire grape is used to carefully elaborate the inherent flavor structures of the individual vineyard sites. The wines are available internationally, and the portfolio includes regional origin wines.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch. The estate sells to horeca, retail, importers and distributors. Export markets include Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Slovakia.
