About the estate

The Gratzer estate looks back on a history of around 200 years in the Carnuntum wine region and is deeply rooted in local wine culture. Today, three generations work together at the winery located in Göttlesbrunn-Arbesthal, combining experience with innovation. The vineyards are situated in the Arbesthal hill country as well as in sites such as Schüttenberg and Altenberg. Strong loess and barren limestone soils, along with the Pannonian climate influenced by the Danube and Lake Neusiedl, shape the terroir. The portfolio comprises elegant, fruity white wines and complex, characterful red wines.
