The family-run Osvaldo Barberis Az. Agr. estate is located in Dogliani in Piedmont. The estate spans nine hectares of vineyards, with the majority planted to Dolcetto and the remainder to Nebbiolo and Barbera. The organically managed vines have an average age of thirty years. Management focuses on careful canopy work, crop thinning, and the avoidance of chemical fertilizers. In the cellar, winemaking is overseen by oenologist Piero Ballario, and the wines are bottled without filtration.
