About the estate
The Olinger estate cultivates its vineyards at the foot of the Schwanberg in Iphofen in the Franconia region. The winery has practiced organic farming for several years and officially joined the Bioland association in 2020. The cultivation focuses primarily on white grape varieties such as Sylvaner, Pinot varieties, and Riesling, alongside Pinot Noir and Muskateller. The vines, which are up to 50 years old, are meticulously tended by hand, and the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. The portfolio is structured into estate wines, local wines, and single-vineyard wines.
