About the estate
The Nimmervoll estate manages 20 hectares of vineyards in Großriedenthal within the Wagram wine region. The family-run winery is operated by Rudolf Senior, Rudolf Junior, Kerstin, and Josefine Nimmervoll across generations. The area is characterized by unique loess soils on terraced slopes, which provide deep-rooting vines with ideal conditions. In the vineyard, the estate focuses on natural management with green manuring and beneficial-friendly crop protection. Through gentle processing of the grapes and a variety- and site-typical maturation, the distinct character of the origin is preserved in the wine.
