About the estate
The Niccolò Lari winery was established in 2015 in the hills surrounding Florence. Situated in the municipality of Lastra a Signa, the estate encompasses five hectares of vineyards dedicated primarily to Sangiovese and Trebbiano. The vineyards are farmed organically using minimally invasive techniques, while winemaking in the cellar avoids the addition of chemical products. Annual production reaches approximately 15.000 bottles, overseen entirely by the winemaker with the support of his family from vineyard management to sales. Additionally, the estate produces extra virgin olive oil and honey.
