The Montemoro winery is located in the heart of Slovenian Istria and was founded in 2003 by Matjaž Babič, carrying forward a family winemaking tradition spanning over two centuries. At the core of the production are the indigenous grape varieties Refosco and Malvasia, which shape the terroir-driven profile of the wines.
