Das Weingut Montemoro befindet sich im Herzen der slowenischen Istrien und wurde im Jahr 2003 von Matjaž Babič gegründet, der eine über zweihundertjährige Familientradition fortführt. Der Betrieb arbeitet im Einklang mit der Natur und setzt auf naturnahe Methoden sowie einen bewussten Verzicht auf synthetische Chemikalien im Weinberg. Im Zentrum der Produktion stehen die autochthonen Rebsorten Refosco und Malvasia, die das terroirgeprägte Profil der Weine formen.
