The Masseria Del Feudo Grottarossa Srl estate is managed in the fourth generation by Francesco and Carolina, representing a family history rooted in environmental responsibility and agricultural tradition. The vineyards cover a hilly area of 15 hectares and are cultivated using certified organic methods. The grape varieties include traditional plantings alongside recent trials with frappato and nerello mascalese. Winemaking takes place within a cantina built inside historical rural buildings, equipped with modern stainless steel and concrete tanks featuring digital temperature control. The aging of the wine is carried out in the estate's air-conditioned former palmento.
