About the estate
The Mas de Cynanque estate is situated in the heart of the Saint Chinian appellation in southern France on a hillside surrounded by vineyards and garrigue. The winery recorded its first harvest in 2004 and operates as a family project named after an emblematic flower symbolizing protection and purity. The old vines thrive on a distinct terroir, and the entire vineyard is managed under organic agriculture principles. Harvesting is conducted manually in small crates, followed by maturation in tanks or 300-liter barrels. This meticulous approach results in three distinct red wines characterized by concentration, balance, and finesse.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Syrah and Grenache.
