About the estate
The Marengoni estate in Ponte dell'Olio looks back on a history that began in 1920 with the cultivation of the Podere Casa Bianca farm. Spanning eleven hectares of vineyards at altitudes between 230 and 320 meters, the vines grow on predominantly clayey-silty soils with a high stone content. The family manages the vineyards according to organic practices and carries out all canopy management operations as well as the harvest entirely by hand. Vinification varies by wine style through gentle pressing for white wines or fermentation in concrete tanks for red wines, complemented by aging in oak barrels for selected qualities.
The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Cabernet and Barbera.
