About the estate
The Maison Jülg, Vins d'Alsace estate was founded in 1994 by Peter and Lydia Jülg in Seebach, Alsace, and today cultivates eight hectares of vineyards. The family-run estate manages its vineyards in the southern Wissembourg vineyard region entirely according to organic farming principles. The property consistently avoids the use of pesticides, insecticides, and chemical fertilizers, while harvesting is traditionally done by hand. In the cellar, the winery combines historical wooden casks with modern stainless steel tanks, producing natural wines and crémants under the AOC Alsace and AOC Crémant d'Alsace appellations.
