About the estate

The Swiss winery M&M - Bioweine has been operating as a small family estate cultivating steep vineyards in the valleys of Valais since 2008. The numerous small plots in the Vispertal valley are supported by dry stone walls and farmed according to certified organic guidelines. The estate specializes in old, nearly extinct as well as robust grape varieties grown in steep locations. The portfolio includes various organic wines such as Cornalin, Heida, Completer, Petite Arvine, and amphora-aged wines. The winemaker's international experience gathered from stations at home and abroad shapes the working methods in the vineyard.
