About the estate

The Lionel Lavail estate is run as a family business in the Roussillon region across six generations, dedicated to producing high-quality wines. To ensure a sustainable and environmentally friendly heritage, the winery has been working entirely organically in the Têt valley for around fifteen years. The vineyards are planted with grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Viognier. In the cellar, vinification primarily takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the wines are aged on fine lees. The portfolio includes wines carrying the AOC Côtes du Roussillon and IGP Côtes Catalanes designations.
