The Les Crus Faugeres - Mas Olivier estate is located in the Languedoc region and looks back on a history that began in 1959 with the establishment of the cooperative winery. The vineyards are situated about thirty kilometers from the Mediterranean coast on schist soils. The winery manages its vineyards following sustainable farming guidelines, with a portion of the production dedicated to organic agriculture. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Faugères, AOC Languedoc, Pays d'Hérault IGP, and IGP Pays d'Oc denominations. Production combines traditional methods with technological processes from vineyard management to bottling.
