The Le Grascete estate is a family-run winery located in Castagneto Carducci that specializes in producing red wines under the Bolgheri DOC and Bolgheri DOC Superiore denominations. The grapes originate from the estate's own vineyard planted on southwest-facing slopes with typical clay and skeletal soils of the Bolgheri area. The vines are trained using the spurred cordon system alongside a customized variant of the bush vine method. Additionally, the property cultivates traditional Tuscan olive varieties including Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Moraiolo.
