The Michele Satta estate was founded in 1983 by Michele Satta in Castagneto Carducci in the heart of Tuscany. The winery cultivates 23 hectares of vineyards and produces its wines exclusively from estate-grown grapes. The grape varieties include white cultivars such as Viognier, Vermentino, and Sauvignon Blanc alongside red cultivars like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, and Teroldego. The wines are crafted within the Bolgheri DOC appellation, which the founder helped establish. Today, the family-run business is managed by the second generation.
