Le Clos des Combals

About the estate

The Le Clos des Combals estate was founded in 2017 by Marie-Noëlle Tournès in Saint-Jean-de-Fos within the Languedoc region. The vineyards are situated in the terroirs of the AOC Terrasses du Larzac and Saint Guilhem le Désert IGP. The estate is managed under organic farming practices, incorporating biodynamic methods, permanent grass cover, and agroforestry. Every single plot is harvested by hand with sorting directly in the vineyard, followed by separate vinification and maturation. In addition to viticulture, the winery engages in olive growing following organic standards as part of a polyculture approach.
