About the estate
The La Chouette du Chai estate is situated on the southern slope of Pic Saint Loup and encompasses 260 hectares of forests, garrigue, and two distinct terroirs. The vineyards are divided between the Combe de Mortiès with its Jurassic clay-limestone soils and the higher-altitude Figarède terroir composed of limestone. Each grape variety and plot is harvested manually and vinified separately before blending takes place. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Pic Saint Loup, AOC Languedoc, and IGP Pays d'Oc denominations.
