The Kloster Ebernach estate in Cochem on the Moselle is managed by the Zenzen family, who lease the traditional property. Winegrowing has been practiced at this location since 1673, continuing a long history in the Moselle region. The portfolio includes Riesling from steep slopes, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and cuvée wines. The family combines traditional manual work in the vineyards with modern cellar technology while emphasizing ecological sustainability. In addition to wine production, the estate offers vineyard hikes and wine tastings.
