Kellerei Sankt Pauls

About the estate

Founded in 1907, the Kellerei Sankt Pauls is located in Eppan in the Alto Adige region. The vineyards extend across slopes and hills on the southern side of the Alps at altitudes between 300 and 700 meters with diverse soil types. Around 190 agricultural members cultivate the vineyards and deliver high-quality grapes that are traditionally harvested by hand. For vinification, the winery combines historical cellars with modern steel tanks, large wooden barrels, and barriques. For sparkling wine production, the cooperative also utilizes a former bunker with constant climatic conditions.

Export markets include Germany.
