About the estate

The Joan de la Casa estate is located in Benissa within the Marina Alta region and follows the principles of organic agriculture. Vineyard management focuses on maintaining a natural ecosystem without the use of systemic phytosanitary treatments. Harvesting is done entirely by hand in small boxes with rigorous selection both in the vineyard and at the cellar. During vinification, additives are avoided entirely, allowing fermentation to occur spontaneously through indigenous yeasts. The portfolio includes natural wines such as the dry white Nimi, the red wine Terra Fiter, as well as sparkling and additional red wines.
