The Bodegas y Viñedos El sequé estate was founded in 1999 in Pinoso in the interior of Alicante. The winery cultivates 36.65 hectares of estate-owned vineyards situated on sandy and brown limestone soils that are poor in clay and humus. The region looks back on a centuries-old winemaking tradition shaped by Phoenicians and Romans. The Monastrell grape variety stands at the core of the project, producing intense wines with aromas of ripe fruit and Mediterranean notes. The profile of the estate is defined by a balanced location shaped by climatic contrasts and Mediterranean influences.
