About the estate

The Jehan le Pelletier de Woillemont estate has been established in the heart of the La Clape massif in southern France since 1826. The family produces wines under the AOC La Clape and AOC Languedoc appellations. In 2005, count Jehan de Woillemont acquired the Commanderie de Saint Pierre la Garrigue, a previously abandoned vineyard recognized for its potential. The exceptional coastal location influences the vineyards and imparts freshness and minerality to the wines. Vinification is carried out by accompanying the fermentation to reveal and express the terroir.
