The Javier Sanz Viticultor estate in La Seca looks back on a history spanning five generations and 150 years, having been established in 1990. The winery's philosophy centres on preserving winemaking heritage, which includes rare pre-phylloxera vineyards and indigenous varieties. The primary focus lies on the Verdejo grape, considered emblematic of the Rueda denomination, alongside Sauvignon Blanc.
