The Innocenti winery, located in Torrenieri in Tuscany, was founded in 1961 by Livio and his father Sabatino. Today, the estate is managed by Livio's sons Massimo and Gianni, who continue the winemaking tradition across eight hectares of vineyards. The portfolio includes wines such as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, and Toscana IGT. The estate focuses on cultivation with a deep respect for the land and applies modern, sustainable farming techniques. In addition to the classic range, production also features limited specialties, including a wine crafted using the appassimento method.
