About the estate

The Il Palazzone estate is located in Montalcino, Tuscany, and manages vineyards in various areas, including parcels on the Le Due Porte hill ranging from 400 to 600 meters in altitude. The vineyards are planted with the Sangiovese variety, producing varietal wines such as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC. With a total production of 8,000 to 20,000 bottles per year, the winery relies on traditional methods, careful hand harvesting in small crates, and aging in large Slavonian oak barrels and cement vats. In addition to wine, the estate also produces olive oil and grappa.
