I Pampini

About the estate

The I Pampini winery is located in the Italian province of Latina on the Lazio coast not far from the sea. The estate was founded in 1999 by owners Carmen Iemma and Enzo Oliveto and covers a vineyard area of seven hectares. The vines cultivated include the varieties Bellone, Malvasia Puntinata, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ancellotta and Merlot. The vines are grown in rows using Cordon spur training with a density of about four thousand plants per hectare. Harvest is carried out entirely by hand, followed by modern processing and temperature-controlled ageing in the cellar.
