The Emanuele Rolfo - Ca' di Cairè winery is located in Montà in the heart of Piedmont and is run as a family business in the third generation. The total estate comprises 14.5 hectares, with seven hectares cultivated with the native grape varieties Arneis, Barbera, and Nebbiolo. The soils are characterized by sand, clay, and red earth. The vineyards are farmed with respect for nature and harvested by hand to preserve the regional typicity. The portfolio includes wines such as Roero Arneis and Nebbiolo d'Alba.
