Dominique Passaquay

About the estate

The Dominique Passaquay estate cultivates a vineyard area of 1.5 hectares located in the central Valais as well as in the Chablais above Monthey. Around ten different grape varieties are grown on the steep slopes in accordance with integrated production standards. All vineyard work is carried out entirely by hand, and the harvest is collected in small crates. Through controlled yields and artisanal expertise in the cellar, the winery aims to produce aromatic wines that remain faithful to their terroir.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
