About the estate
The Dominio de Echauz S.L.U. estate is a family-run winery owned by the García-Baigorri family in the Castilla y León region. The property is situated in a natural enclave within the Ribera del Duero at an altitude of 1,000 meters, where extreme weather conditions demand precision viticulture. The estate custodies the largest collection of ancestral grape varieties in Spanish viticulture. This unique viticultural heritage was compiled over decades by the centenary nursery Vitis Navarra through its Basajaun project. The wines are born from the essence of this millennial biodiversity, sharing an exceptional historical and cultural legacy with the trade.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Albillo.
