About the estate
The Domaine des Crots Perrons estate in Saint Andelain in the Loire Valley is currently managed by the third generation of the family. In the 1970s, the family began transitioning agricultural land to viticulture by planting Sauvignon Blanc, the signature grape variety of the Pouilly-sur-Loire region. The estate now spans ten hectares of vineyards on the slopes rich in flint and limestone within the Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire appellations. Yves Chabanne and his son Hugo jointly manage all operations, handling every stage from vineyard work to winemaking. The production focuses on dry white wines characterized by distinct mineral and fruity notes.
