About the estate
The organic Domaine Vordy estate is located in the heart of Minervois in Minerve and has been run as a family business for several generations. The vineyards grow on diverse soils consisting of grésettes, red clays, and limestones. The portfolio includes wines produced from the Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache grape varieties. All grapes are harvested by hand, and vineyard management is carried out strictly in accordance with organic farming guidelines. Production is limited in quantity to preserve the identity of the terroir and the character of each vintage.
