About the estate

The Domaine Vincent Bachelet estate in Chassagne-Montrachet in the Burgundy region is managed by the family across four generations. The vineyard spans approximately nine hectares across seven villages, primarily in the Côte de Beaune with parcels in the Côte de Nuits. The property features an eighteenth-century historic cellar and a contemporary winery for parcel-by-parcel vinification. The team relies exclusively on hand harvesting, rigorous grape sorting, natural fermentation, and aging in oak barrels. Through mechanical soil cultivation and grass management, the parcels are cared for sustainably to preserve the identity of each climate.
