About the estate
The Domaine Tabordet estate was founded in the 1960s by Raymond Tabordet in Verdigny and is run today as a family business across generations. The estate manages twenty-one hectares of vineyards divided between the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations. The vineyards are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Harvesting is done manually or mechanically depending on the cuvée, and vinification proceeds without additives. Vineyard management and winemaking follow organic and biodynamic agricultural practices.
