About the estate
Located in the village of Bué, the Domaine Pierre Morin estate covers ten hectares of vineyards situated within the Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois appellations. Viticulture has a long family history here, with Gérard Morin developing bottle sales and Pierre joining the estate in 2004. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are cultivated on the diverse local soils and terroirs. The vineyards converted to organic farming in 2018, and biodynamic practices are progressively being integrated. In the cellar, each terroir is vinified separately with spontaneous fermentations taking place in tanks, barrels, and amphorae to preserve the natural character of the grapes.
