About the estate

The Domaine Chauveau estate is located in Saint Andelain in the Loire Valley and looks back on a long family tradition dating back to the 19th century. In 1995, Benoit Chauveau took over his parents' vineyards and transformed the farm into an exclusively wine-producing estate managed by the family. The estate covers seventeen hectares with parcels across the AOC Pouilly-Fumé, AOC Pouilly-sur-Loire, and AOC Coteaux du Giennois denominations. The vineyards are cultivated with grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chasselas, Gamay, and Pinot Noir on soils featuring Kimmeridgian marl, limestone, and silex. Since 2020, the estate has held the HVE certification reflecting its commitment to sustainable agriculture practices.
