The traditional Domaine Poupat et Fils estate is located in the central Loire region across Gien and Briare, tracing its family winemaking history back to 1650. Spanning 11.75 hectares of vineyards with clay-siliceous soils, the winery cultivates Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. The vineyards are primarily situated on a terrace overlooking the Loire as well as on a specific plot in Briare. Farming is conducted according to certified sustainable agricultural standards. Vinification takes place in a historic cellar utilizing temperature control and maturation aimed at preserving fruit aromas.
