About the estate

The Domaine Paul Schneider estate is located in Eguisheim in Alsace, with a history dating back to 1663. Managed across four generations as a family business, the winery cultivates 14 hectares of vineyards in a sheltered microclimate at the foot of the Vosges mountains. The portfolio comprises the appellations AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru including the Eichberg, Pfersigberg, and Steinert sites, as well as AOC Crémant d’Alsace. Winemaking combines traditional methods with modern techniques, utilizing hand-harvested grapes pressed pneumatically and aged in nearly century-old wooden casks and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wines are produced and marketed directly by the independent winegrower estate.
