About the estate

The Domaine Olivier estate traces its origins back to the late 1960s, when initial vineyards were passed down to grandson Hervé. In 2003, Antoine Olivier took over the management of the property located in Santenay and expanded the vineyard area across the Burgundy region to include appellations such as Santenay, Savigny-les-Beaune, Pommard, and Rully. Cultivation focuses on the traditional grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté, produced with a strong commitment to environmental respect and without synthetic products. The winemaking process features manual harvesting, soil plowing, and careful aging in both barrels and tanks. Particular emphasis is placed on highlighting historic terroirs to craft distinctive white and red wines.
