Domaine Mourguy

About the estate

The Domaine Mourguy is an independent family estate managed by brothers and a sister in Saint Jean Pied de Port in southwestern France. The estate encompasses ten hectares of vineyards situated on the steep slopes of Mount Arradoy in Ispoure. Cultivation is carried out on terraced plots, which requires a significant amount of manual labor. To protect biodiversity and the environment, the winery avoids the use of herbicides and insecticides, relying instead on biocontrol methods. The property is certified with the Haute Valeur Environnementale label and produces wines under the AOC Irouléguy denomination.
