About the estate
Founded in 1897, the Domaine Brana estate is located in the heart of the Irouleguy appellation in the French Basque Country and is now managed in the fourth generation. The estate covers 18 hectares of vineyards, largely established on steep terraces with red sandstone soils. The grape varieties cultivated include Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, and Petit Manseng. Farming follows organic practices, accompanied by manual harvesting and tank vinification. In addition to winemaking, the estate is dedicated to producing spirits and operates its own distillery in Ossès.
The eno directory lists one wine. The estate sells to retail.
