About the estate
The Domaine Mermetus estate is run by Valérie and Vincent, who combined their respective wine-growing heritages from Riex and Aran in the Lavaux region. Spanning seven hectares of vineyards distributed across seventy plots between 370 and 600 meters of altitude, they cultivate 25 different grape varieties. The vineyards are farmed according to certified organic principles. The planted varieties include Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Plant Robert, and various other red and white grapes. The wines reflect the diversity of the terroirs and the winemakers' craft.
