The Domaine la Pascerette des Vignes estate is located in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy, in Sologny on the heights of the Val Lamartinien. Founded in 2013, the winery currently spans 7.2 hectares of vineyards. The parcels feature eastern and southeastern exposures, growing on soils composed of limestone, clay, sandstone, and granite. The cultivated grape varieties include Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Noir. Farming practices follow reasoned agriculture principles, incorporating soil preservation methods and manual canopy management operations such as debudding and leaf removal.
