Domaine la Mongestine

About the estate

The Domaine la Mongestine estate is located in Artigues in the heart of Provence and spans 40 hectares of vineyards situated on a long hillside surrounded by forests. The vineyards reach an altitude of 450 meters and benefit from a unique microclimate featuring cool summer nights and cold winters, combined with clay-limestone soils. The variety of grapes includes Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Vermentino, Roussanne, and Pinot Noir, which are used to craft a total of twelve distinct cuvées. In both the vineyard and the cellar, strict, modern, and natural methods are applied, with the wines predominantly produced without additives and filtration. The estate distributes its wines under the AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence protected designation of origin.
