About the estate
The Château Saint-Hilaire estate is located in Provence on the stony slopes of the Coudoux hills between Montagne Sainte-Victoire and the Alpilles massif. The Lapierre family manages the 60-hectare property, which traces back to 1935 when Jean Lapierre decided to dedicate himself to the local terroir. The south-facing vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate and are influenced by the mistral wind until the grapes reach maturity. The winery operates under organic farming standards and cultivates both vines and olive trees.
