The property in Provence is dedicated to both viticulture and olive growing, featuring vineyards and olive groves. The estate's vineyard, classified under the Les Baux de Provence appellation, has been cultivated using organic farming methods for over twenty years. The cultivated grape varieties include Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, and Rolle.
