About the estate
Established in 2023, the Domaine l'Autre Bout du Monde estate cultivates 2.5 hectares of vineyards in the Savoie region. Located on the heights of Brison-Saint-Innocent and Grésy-sur-Aix, the plots feature grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Mondeuse, Altesse, as well as recently planted Jacquère, Persan and Johanniter. The winery has been converted to organic farming since its inception with a focus on living soils and aims to progressively implement biodynamic principles. Manual harvesting is followed by gentle cellar practices, including native yeasts, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, and aging in stainless steel tanks or ceramic vessels. The produced wines carry the Vin de Savoie and Roussette de Savoie designations.
