About the estate

The Andre et Michel Quenard estate is a family-run winery located in Chignin with a winegrowing tradition dating back to the 17th century and established in its current form in 1976. Situated on the renowned Torméry slope along the rocky mountain of Chignin, the estate cultivates vineyards on steep inclines ranging from 40 to 70 percent at altitudes between 300 and 400 meters. The portfolio features white, red, and rosé wines under the Vin de Savoie Chignin and Chignin Bergeron appellations. Viticultural practices follow reasoned agriculture guidelines, and vineyard work up to the harvest is performed manually. The entire production is bottled and sold primarily to fine dining restaurants and loyal private clients.
